At EzTech, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case EzTech will cover return shipping.

How to Start a Return

Email us at eztechshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
